Roseville homeless shelter shares story of success

As California’s affordable housing crisis continues, the number of people living on the streets has grown to as many as 134,000 people on any given night in the state, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Many local communities are now stepping in to provide services to the homeless. In Placer County, The Gathering Inn homeless shelter is having success stories you don’t often hear about wit a “hand up, not a handout” approach.
